am 6.5months pregnant and am having severe cold and cough too, can I use nasal spray- otrivin oxy??

Nasal spray you can use and also consult your doctor for proper medication your gynaecologist can advise you with right medicine apart from that as of now as home remedy you can take ginger juice and honey mixture and also you can take steam directly 3 to 4 times in the day
