Am 4 months pregnant. my nose is blocked due to cold and cough. Am not able to breath properly. kindly suggest somthing to reslove this problem.

A. You can use nasal drops and you can also take steam 3 to 4 times in the day and if you’re willing to take medication or then you have to consult your gynaecologist as she will tell you what medicine you can take during the time of pregnancy which will be helpful
