Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach.
Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots.
Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas.
Peas.
iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal.
nuts and seeds.

wholemeal pasta and bread.
legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas.
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is advisable to consult with your gynaecologist and get iron supplements. Also take iron rich food like Palak, chukandar, chicken and chicken soup. Take lots of green vegetables and eggs in the diet.
