always he is twitching and making some rough noise while releasng gas he is making more noise and twitching.. my baby is only 23 days old

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is newborn child so these things are very normal gas related problem is there you can give me a 15 drops and bonnisan drops for good digestion in the baby
