A. vaccine is very important to increase the immunity of the body. very important to complete the course of vaccination which come before 5 years of age because this is the age group in which children are prone to vaccine preventable diseases. contact your doctor who will tell ysou which vaccines are important for your child and which vaccines are optional. optional vaccine only depends upon the immunity status of the xchild as well as upon the endemic diseases of your area

A. Most vaccines prevent one from diseases for the entire life, so if you miss some vaccine, it can still be given. There is no time for catch-up vaccination, you can restart anytime you want.
