Q.

all my family members.. including me are covid postive..I am worried about my son he isn 3 and half months old.. can i go near him and take him.in hands by wearing mask and sanitizers?he is on formal feed.. so can i mix of milk for him and make him drink. please suggest

A. dear mum it is difficult time but you need to keep your cool and try to overcome feelings of fear and anxiety. the guidelines are to continue breastfeeding baby even if the mother is covid positive. breast milk offers nutrition and boost immunity but take all the precautions like wearing a medical mask, washing your hands frequently with soap especially before handling baby. follow sanitation and hygiene , proper way of sneezing.

A. he is on formula feed.. i am worried if formula feed offers same nutrition and immunity as breast feed.. my bm is nill so feeding him formula.
