Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl5 days agoA. 400 mg u can give so u have to give half of the medicine in the first night another half after 14 days to complete the course child over the age of 2.5 years correct MG of the medicine is somewhere around 400 MG as I mentioned
