agar calpol dene ke baad bhi 2 hours me fever na jaye to kya hum meftol dal sakte hai??.

first do tepid sponging..
and if it also wont work, can give it in right dose.
use room temp water fir tepid sponging.

No madam we should not be repeating medicines in fact I would say that you should do cold sponging so that the fever is going to reduce down with that because when the medicines or given sometimes she work and repeat early but we cannot give it before the correct time
