DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and if he has received a vaccinations and he got a fever then you should give him paracetamol 10 drops three times a day

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is for months of age after taking vaccination it will take at least five to six hours for the baby to have fever and pain then only can give paracetamol
