After tonsil removal child’s immunity gets low ? My son was 3 years old when his tonsils were removed

A. tonsils help in decreasing the infection which reaches the oral cavity but yes if they are enlarged and is causing a problem to the child and it is important to remove them otherwise it can lead to other complications
