Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Yes You can but if you feel that there is too much pain into your body or your arm or you are just about to have fever then you avoid it because if during those side-effects you feed your child and your child will also get fever and diarrhoea probably because of the side-effects so that time you avoid otherwise you can if you’re perfectly alright
