after stopping breastfeeding pain in breast and heaviness in breast what are the remedies

When you quit suddenly that time you can say this kind of a problem to do hot compress that is going to help in making it soft and if the pain is excessively much to you then you can take a medicine from your doctor which will help in drying up your breast totally and you will feel better with that
