after scaling too within 6 days forming very fastly..am scared and worries lot..pls help me to come out

This looks very bad right now I believe you should just immediately get it checked by the dentist to know what maybe the reason behind and what can be done to fix the problem because this is really looking trouble despite of proper scaling that you have done
