after reaching 5th month after postpartum,my hair fall increased miserably, please kindly suggest what to do to stop hair fall.. I want to start b complex tablet is it good or not? which multi vitamin tablet has to use please suggest.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 month agoA. Use multivitamin of your choice any good multivitamin you can take iron and omega-3 which is going to be important for six months along with that also I’m going to recommend you to make an onion coconut oil that you can make at home and apply that
