eat good protiens, vegetables , fresh fruits

PujaMom of a 5 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. Dont think much about your weight right now as your baby is very small and needs breastfeed day and night. You should eat healthy fats and calcium rich foods. You can go out for walks and do suitable exercises to stay fit but don't do dieting as of now.
Nihita mittalMom of 3 children4 years agoA. good evening I would recommend you to eat properly if you are feeling hungry it is always advisable to not stay hungry otherwise you will not be able to feed the baby properly I would suggest that avoid eating carbohydrates
