Reducing weight is good but take time, reducing more weight in short span is not good for health.
1.5-2 kg per month weight reducting that too having balanced diet healthy lifestyle.
Avoid high calorie,carbohydrates instead include low carb,calorie foods , fibre rich foods taking essential proteins in regular diet results in maintaining balnaced diet meanwhile reduces weight.
Do exercise or yoga under experts guidance either walking...
