After pregnancy,my skin becomes Sensitive,dull,full of blemishes ,uneven skin tone and fine lines on forehead .pls suggest me face cream or serum

Hi parent please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet please avoid oily and spicy food and products with refind flour please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your diet please avoid RO water please take daily sun light exposure
