Q.

after pregnancy my breast milk started naturally with good flow...but after 15 days it stopped automatically. please suggest something to start it again

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day. Also massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. Also the more the baby will suck, the more milk flow will increase. Thanks and take care
