See It doesn’t matter kind kind of delivery you have had you just basically need to have calcium iron and multivitamin for initial six months to 1 year for six months Dr do advise you to go for and for one year if you want you can continue with it so just continue with them and if she’s had a normal delivery then she can start doing a little bit of light workout after the stitches he’ll that is probably after 2 to 3 months and as of now she should continue doing Keagle exercises
