Have small and frequent meals
Three large meals and 2 snacks
Do minimum 12 hrs fasting like if u had dinner at 8 in evening then have next meals at 8 am next morning
Start tour lunch and dinner with salad
Have more vegetables daal or paneer or rajma chana chola with meals and less of roti and rice
Replace roti with jowar bajra oats twice in a week
Restrict the intake of bread biscuits, fried food, namkeen, sweets, sugar and packaged food
Workout for 45 mins daily
Water 2l per day
Have jeera or ajwain water on empty stomach
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you must eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and Protein in your diet. Also eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water.
Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between.
Do simple exercises for.
