Q.
after my normal delivery.. periods were regular, but every month days were skipping for 2days. now I have the symptoms of periods but no bleeding.

The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them after delivery it's normal to have irregular periods

Hormones get disturbed after you deliver a child and some women can have this kind of an issue which you are facing so please consult your doctor medicine regularise your period cycle as well as after that your hormones will also be balanced and things would be proper as they are meant to be
