A. Pumping doesn't reduce supply. When done in right way, it stimulates the breasts like a real baby to get the right amount needed. Infact many women exclusively pump. Please connect with a lactation consultant. You might want to pump on a schedule and longer duration. I did the following after speaking to my LC - 3 min on massage, 7 minute on expression and repeat this for 3 sets, total 30 mins of pumping. I did this after every feeding until I established good supply. Now I have reduced pumping to 15min total and use it only to clear out the breasts after feeding when needed.

A. please contact lactation expert for proper advice. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
