after my 1st child born now he is 20 months old when he is 15 months old I got second pregnancy I intentionally got aborted when the 2nd baby is in 3rd month. now I got my stomach looks very fat and belly what type of precautions I have to follow to reduce my stomach and belly.

A. you have to work out on a daily basis and along with that do some sort of dietary changes and only then you will start losing the weight evenly and properly
