after long time of delivery I have experienced not so good feeling during intimacy with my husband it really painful and he is live in different state so whenever he come it is really painful for me what should I do I can't have the intimacy in a good way because I got some dry and painful results , so what should I do for a better and painless intimacy doctor please reply anything is there to use so that it can be painless ?? please help

You can consult your gynaecologist because this is very common problem to be seen a lot of women through both through a lot of vaginal dryness after their delivery so whenever you’re getting intimate and always use a good lubricant it is going to be good and for you to pursue with it also you should check with your doctor for further assistance maybe they can help you with some medicine or any other cream or lotion to be used
