A. Diaper rash usually results when there is irritation of skin or any infection or allergy. Most common cause of skin irritation there is when diaper is left for too long or the fecal matter in diaper rubs against the delicate skin. so diaper should be changed every 3-4 hrs at least and avoid using diaper for all time . give diaper free interval in between. Prevention for rash because of this is most important where frequent changing of diaper is necessary aglong with a good company diaper. For treatment a good diaper rash cream is required like b4 g nappy , rashfree cream and diaper free interval should be given. apply coconut oil and wash with luke warm water with no rubbing.

A. It Should be changed every 3 to 4 hours or maximum 4 to 5 hours not more than that because when a child stays in timer for a long time they can have severe rashes so keep changing it that way and keep a minimum gap of 40 to 60 minutes in between two changes so that the skin can’t breathe naturally
