A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion or cream (any good brand any good brand like atogla, venussia, oliatum, sebamed , citaphil etc ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin 4 to 5 times per day. regular moisturizer helps in decreasing chances of dry skin as well as prevents skin rash dermatitis during all season. use moisturizing soap. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy or rash on the skin. avoid using hard water for bath. moisturizing cream / lotion to be applied at more frequent intervals. in infants / children it is advisable to avoid applying talcum powder or baby powder on the body. it should be applied only on the folds like neck or the armpits or the groin. it can be applied on the body part in which sweating is present.x if applied on the skin in which sweating is absent may lead to allergy as well as itching. you can go for any brand for children and babies which is available. if any allergy occurs after application then you can change the brand.
