Q.
After getting first dose of Vaccination and due to that down with fvr of 102.4degree i am realising my breastmilk supply has been decreased. Therefore,unable to feed my child of 2.5months.. kindly advice something to instantly increase the supply the question from me has already been asked n u had suggested to go ahead wid more liquids. m already taking but no chnge.. kindly suggest how to increase supply
