Q.

after feeding my 6 months old baby, I am feeling that my breast is sinking, I am not finding them healthy enough!! I am worried whether my baby is getting enough nutrients and if i am healthy like earlier!

A. You Check the weight of your child after six month completion if your child has gained a minimum of 300 g with the feeding that you are giving as of now then that means the press with that you’re providing is enough and if it is not 300 g on the minimum side then you need to start with formula feeding that will indicate that the feeling that you are giving is insufficient it’s less
