the more frequently baby sucks.. more will be production.
mother neede 1000 extra calories per day for healthy milk production and take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

It is advisable to consult your doctor for advice. Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
