Q.
After every feed, i take my one month old son on shoulder to burp him, but i dont get to hear any burp sounds, even after long long time, and also there is Noo vommit, he relaxes and sleep, Also, i nurse my one month old baby 15-20 mins 10-12 mins each side, on demands, almost in every 3 hours is this fine? And my baby is 2700 gms and he is 1 month 7 days old...

try to feed longer from one side completely than switch to another side.
feed in 2 to 3 hourly.

please don't get panic
please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
please give daily sun light exposure
