my baby doesn't burp at all ... even after tapping for long time on my shoulder ... I can hear pot sound when I tap on my baby stomach... he keeps vomitting after each fed and doesn't sleep properly

Hello ma’am Maybe you’re just over feeding your child which is why this is happening so just feed your child only on demand and make sure that you do not over feed your child even by mistake and you should not be feeding your child with any specific time gap. Try working on the same is probably a problem will be solved
