A. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods with plenty of water. You can walk daily half an hour, yoga, cycling.

A. after delivery weight kaam ke liye continue feeding it helps shedding weight start with some exercises or walking or yoga or some cardio or zumba restrict sugar and sweet intake keep your self well hydrated
