A. diet modification is the most important key to loose extra fat as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and extra carbohydrates from your diet and include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containing high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help. thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six months after your delivery and other fo-trm of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.

A. That’s Very normal weight gain always happens after delivery so what you can do it as of now you can just go for a workout if you completed 6 to 8 months of your delivery when you can go ahead with any kind of mild and moderate workout and a dieting can also help in reduction of your weight over the period
