A. Hai good morning !! Give 3 meals and 2 snacks include protein rich,calorie rich foods in regular diet. Milk ,ghee,cheese,butter,curd,paneer,dals(lentils),dry fruits and nuts powder,dal rice,curd rice,egg,meat ..,banana,mango helps in increasing weight.
