If u take non veg then eat veg in lunch and non veg in dinner it helps in a better digestion
Add all kind of vegetables specially green leafy vege in ur diet as they r rich in iron
Drink milk 2 times and add boiled eggs in ur diet
Add all kinds of nuts
Also go for nutritious ladoos and harira
Have a very healthy diet and avoid oily and spicy food

You should actually consume all kind of fruits and vegetables you should have a balanced diet as you are having before your delivery everything else you should avoid eating more of outside food spicy food and also you should avoid eating more of junk food that’s what you need to take care of
