Frankly speaking the periods will be highly unpredictable and the woman has to keep using some sort of contraception to avoid accidental pregnancy. It takes almost one year to get your regular period
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
