ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. iron calcium... do ultrasound n necessary tests after consulting a specialist. without proper check up we can't advise or help you.. Avoid shirt cuts when it comes to health if mother n baby. ok.

Basic medication as per your delivery your doctor would advise otherwise calcium multivitamin and iron supplements are meant to be taken for first six months and you can take it till 12 months if you need to and also take omega-3 for at least three months
