after delivery should I sleep whole day? everyone telling that bananthi should not wake .is it true

Oh that’s really absurd how can you sleep through through the day, to think of it because I know that you’re very tired exhausted and all but you should sleep in the child is sleeping if you are sleepy because the mother usually doesn’t get to sleep properly during the night time because the child is very odd scared to work so it’s very difficult for the mother to manage but she should take proper rest the child is sleeping and you want you also sleep take rest but is not that you have to sleep throughout the day
