shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear this is some advised by some elders and but there is no need to over cover yourself you can cover your head or you can wear socks but it's also depend on the weather of the place you are living in there is no need to make yourself comfortable if you are sitting in the AC then you can just cover your head with the Cotton dupatta this is just about taking care of yourself till the time you recover properly
