Q.

after delivery I have face lots of hair fall problem..and lose my weight also..plz suggest me what to do

A. Foods that are suggested by some to improve hair health include dark leafy greens (for the iron and vitamin C), sweet potatoes and carrots (for the beta carotene), eggs (for the vitamin D), and fish (for omega-3s and magnesium). Regular oiling and good sleep avoid taking more of stress while handling the baby and try to enjoy more with the baby and make a plan schedule for other works
