after delivery I gave breast milk to my baby up to 2 months in small quantity after that I stopped now she is 6 months and now I want to give her my breast milk but milk is not coming only few drops what can I do

A. hello you can try to take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and if bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
