Q.

After delivery I came to know about my gall stones and navel hernia. it does not have any pain but my weight is 105 kg I need to reduce can u suggest some exercises.

A. hi mam,you can start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc then gradually you can start other exercises or yoga or Suryanamashkar, pranayam etc
