After delivery , facing more hair fall than usual. How to prevent hair loss

Hair fall after delivery is absolutely normal and happens due to hormonal changes in the body especially around 3-6 months after delivery. The hair will stop falling on their own and grow back in sometime. Take iron medications regularly

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl6 years agoA. mumma goodevening, make this own herbal hair oil at home it's very effective. I have been using this post delivery and the results are too good. You will need coocnut oil 500ml, two spoons mustard seed, two spoons methi seeds, grated amla one cup, hibsucs leaves few, hibsucs flowers few, small onion 10, now heat coocnut oil and bring to Boil then add all these ingredients and boil again well so the co'or of the oil will change to dark brown to black color then immediately filter the oil and make sure to use it daily or regularly for good results
