after delivery face par jhaiya aa gayi hai kese thik kr sakte hai or koi cream hai isk liye kya mujhe doctor ko dikhana chahiye

A. Get plenty of sleep, and make sure you do hit the bed whenever you're little one is sleeping. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Making a few changes in your diet is a good step. The best way to remain fit and get a glowing skin is to start doing yoga. Gently cleanse. In other words, no harsh soaps. Wash with a non-soap cleanser once a day and plain water the rest of the time.
