ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can surely eat ground nuts after delivery. You can have variety of nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.

please take it in small quantity and in day time
because some time it cause gas trouble in child
please take easily digestible food and take proper rest
