after delivary all over my face small small black spots and too much hair fall. pls help me to get clean and clear skin

The hairfall will stop On its own in a couple of months and meanwhile keep taking iron medication and it happens you to hormonal changes. Pigmentation is commonly seen after delivery so start using a good sunscreen with Vitamin C in it abd regularly apply besan with curd and a pinch of turmeric on skin atleast twice or thrice a week and drink more liquids and eat more fruits and leafy vegetables

Swapna KulkarniMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi dear I was on same boat after my delivery. This is called pigmentation. I have tried many home remedies but there was no use. After few months I have just followed this: drinking plenty of water, also I have started using mamaearth’s vitamin C face wash and mamaearth’s sunscreen which is really working very well. You can try this dear.

Hello dear parent, these see all normal post pregnancy if you do not take your supplements on time like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Doctor always guides with the supplements to be taken post delivery to heal mother's body. Good luck and take care
