#asktheexpert My baby is 25 old, he has small red spots on his face. I use Himalaya baby soap to clean his face and powder after wash.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes you can use Baby Soap but do not make use of powder because they block the Sweat pores and result in rashes and maintain comfortable room temperature also for your baby
