After c section delivery my muscle around naval become loose.What are the excercise that can be done to tighten the muscles

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen belly. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly. replace regular tea with green tea

A. good evening it is not advisable to start any exercise at the moment you have to wait for Italy 7 or 8 months before you can think of starting and exercise specially pertaining to belly
