After c-section delivery I am getting pain in feet when suddenly I ll wakeup.after that it will be ok.why this is happening

Author of questionMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Thank you for your information but I am getting pain in my joints.Numbness also feeling in my hand and legs.I am taking calcium tablet also.bot don't know why all these things happening to me.

yes it happens as body lost some essential nutrients during delivery
o replenish it , please take necessary supplements as per your doctor's prescription
take Healthy and nutritious diet
don't sit or stand for long period
take short break in between your work
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
avoid drinking RO water
