after 5 month of c section delivery ...how to reduce my backpain ,i took vitamin D and iron and calicum

A. It will be body pains and joint pains you are up to one year after giving birth and does happen due to hormonal changes and eventually they will go away on their own. Use pillows to support your back while sleeping and sitting and you can also use a Tummy belt for supportWrite Your Answer Here
